1956 Chevrolet 2-Door Bel Air Hardtop. Illness forces sale of this Car Collection, so must be sold at a Fair Price. This is an incredible deal at $57,500. Absolutely no disappointments here.
This 1956 Bel Air is a 100-point professional and complete meticulous and all authentic body and frame-off restoration. This Bel Air has only 2,960 miles since restoration and the stance of this 1956 Bel Air will literally take your breath away (with a WO or WOW, incredible, perfect, perfect car per most judges that have judged this car).
This fabulous 1956 Chevrolet Bel Air has a brilliant, black lacquer mirror finish exterior paint and is accompanied with special order and breath taking 2-tone original interior done to perfect perfection and then topped off with deluxe double loop original black carpeting. This 1956 Chevrolet Bel Air has had a totally cured frame and body restoration featuring factory red oxide paint underneath all panels and then the frame painted midnight black and still maintaining all of its original sheet metal.
Special emphasis has been accomplished by replacing every nut and bolt to factory specs and then special attention and emphasis was made on perfecting the wheel wells and fender skirts for that extra shinny look.
This 1956 2-door Bel Air winner at several concourse de elegance award shows scores a total of 99 to 99.9 and even 100 points in some situations. Many judges have also awarded this car a straight 100 point up-close award. This Bel Air has many AACA awards capturing the AACA senior first place winner award of the 2007 season.
The engine bay and compartment is a work of art and will leave you walking away breathless. In 1956 GM offered a factory 265 cubic inch V-8 with several options if you desired to order them.(this car has almost all accessories originally offered) The Bel Air is equipped with a special Power Pack Package that includes extras such as power brakes, power steering, power windows and a four barrel carburetor. The other added extras at the time of order were factory dual tip exhaust and automatic transmission which drives and shifts beautifully. It also has the working AM radio and electric stock clock with an added premium at that time for electric windshield wipers. This Bel Air also is equipped with all fresh chrome front and rear, bumpers and bumper guards, and front fender special order SPEARS which were very scarce to get during that time in 1956. Finishing this car off with beautiful new white wall tires with factory wheels done to a 10 rating and then topped off with rear fender skirts.
This 1956 Chevrolet Bel Air 2-door hardtop is “INVESTMENT” quality. It may be purchased for $57,500 (firm) which according to N.A.D.A. is an extremely fair price as quoted in 2008 as being worth $59,900 average rating to a high of $82,960 (which this car is rated) and then states in NADA that it has an appreciation factor of 7 to 10% per year, meaning this is an incredible “INVESTMENT “ at such a fair price for this 99 to 100-point full frame off full restoration of this beautiful 2 door BEL AIR always garaged California car.
