Weekend Car Show
Boise, Idaho
July 6, 2002

We don't often get to go to  Car Shows here in Boise. We're usually on the road to other shows around the country much of the summer.. But this Fourth of July weekend we were in town and there was a show going on at the local Factory Outlet Mall.  Open show--so there were lots of different kinds of cars there. Even a group of kids with some souped up Euro-Cars that looked pretty cool.   We hate to see todays kids getting away from the good old American cars for their brand of Rodding.. But I must admit some of them looked pretty neat .just don't see any really Classic Lines that might endure like our Old Rods have. Which is too bad.  AnywayTake a look. There  were some really nice cars out for the show.

Hey
Randy..

Our friend Randy has EXACTLY the same taste in cars we do First he had a  '34 3-Window and NOW he has one of those Awesome  Coast to Coast Cars..

Is this just too Cool or what !  We tried to capture the color but it just isn't coming through. It's a deep deep purple.  Really nice !

Virgil Todd owns this Great looking '58 Pontiac Bonneville.  It's a 370 Cu In with Original Tri-Power in it.. And this car is Driven Every Day ! Way to Go !

This is a Really Outstanding Truck. It's a '37 Terraplane with a Blown 433 Chev, Chopped 3.5 Inches and the cab is stretched 7 inches. This truck is owned and was built by Dan Dowdy, one of Boise's best known builders.  He's moved to Arizona but still gets here with some of his fine vehicles.  Good to see you Dan.
