Wow! Another show to cover! Another HOT Ohio day with the humidity on kill!!  Nope...the weather was in the 90's but it was 83 degrees and overcast! This is what a photographer loves! A great day for taking photos!  My brother Fred, Pro/Street Tim, and myself cut out at 9 am to head to the GoodGuys Show in Columbus, Ohio. This is NOT a plug, but my new BEL 985 Radar/Laser Detector got a real workout on I-71!!! What a great new addition to Project PT. We drove to the Fairgrounds and I could tell this was going to be one AWESOME show!
I'd like to thank the good guys and good girls at GoodGuys for their GREAT hospitality! J.D., Karen and Edward are so nice to me and whoever goes to help me. I can't thank you all enough. We were parking Project PT and someone from GoodGuys said, "Hey! You need to take that into the show and get your pictures." So we did.Lots of people asked lots of questions about it.
I saw lots of friends at the show, Dee Fair, a bunch of members from Cincy Street Rods, Boyd...yeah that Boyd, Rat from Rat's Glass and a bunch more.  Wait until you see this '56 Chevy that is the BADDEST '56 these eyes have ever seen! The guys from Intro Wheels had these AWESOME wheels on their Intro Van! We got it! A '41 Willys and a '63 Vette that sounded...well...you can judge that by looking at my short video clip! Hey! I remembered to switch over to video and sound this time! Duh!!!
Pro Picks Area.Incredible!!! Gosh! The GoodGuys have the BEST shows...period!  If you have a chance to participate or attend..GO!!!!
After the show we went motel surfin' to get some extra pics.  We finally surfed into the Marriott and we hit the jackpot in more ways than one!  Oh yeah, they had lots of cool cars in the HUGE parking lot.but my beak smelled a grill...sure enough, we cruised thru and there was a chef or two with a long grill.  We parked and stopped to talk to Bob Oney. "ol Bob tipped us off on the food!  The Marriott decided to have a cookout Saturday Night from 6-9 pm because of the Good Guys Show!! How cool!!  Dig this...For $10 you could have a grilled 12 oz. NY Strip, baked potato, corn on the cob, and garlic toast.  Or...get this...For $10 you could have all the BBQ Ribs you could eat with the same sides!! HA! My mother never raised any fools! (I lived with the neighbors). Now which one do you think Pro/Street Tim and myself got!!
So, after talking about ribs with chef and exchanging a couple of recipes with the Sous Chef, we were burnin' up those fine ribs!  We have to thank the cooks at the grill because when it was time to close, they gave each of us a plate of ribs for later revue!  A CARE PACKAGE!!!!
Hey!  Let's go to the show,  but wait.here's Pro/Street Tim burnin' up those dandy BBQ Ribs!   We LOVE you Marriott!!!!   Take it away Cat..

'62 Impala with monster wheels
laid on the ground!  Cool ride!

Uh oh...here goes the neighborhood!  This Pro/Street Corvette turned heads every time we saw it cruising,-pounding the ground! You'll understand if you looked at the video and the volume!!! Troublemakers..Gotta Love 'em!!!!

Nice '62 Impala Ragtop with polished 5-spoke Americans, looked great!

We got to park on the street that was blocked off so I started the day by making sure that I had my camera set right.  So I snapped a picture of the "Neighborhood Bully".  Single Scoop JamAir Good Hood and E & G Classics Billet Grille really make the front look cool.  All of you Cruiser lovers stay tuned because I'm getting ready to start my article on
"Project PT" soon!

How about a slammed Mark!!
Pretty cool, huh!!

Speaking of '69 Camaros look at this beauty! Complete with redline treads and sitting in the motel parking lot!

'68 & '69 Chevelles have always been popluar.  Look at this blue beauty with the "windmaker" Got wind???

'69 Camaro Ragtop was just beautiful!

Another Pro/Street Chevelle, this time a '70...Look at those RARE Bob Glidden Wheels!.

We were walking down the street and found this tubbed '37 Ford.
