The 28th Annual Fall Foliage Tour was held again during Vermont's peak fall foliage weekend.  October 11th thru 14th. Originated back in the early '70's as a one day touring event through New York, New  Jersey, and Connecticut.  A family event which now includes third generation Rodders.  There are several Friday AM, starting points, to accommodate the participants who live in States such as Maine, New York,  New Jersey, Connecticut, Vermont.  This year a Stratton Mountain Inn, Londonderry,  Vermont, took a turn as the base of operations.  Saturday nights there's a full course meal our as New England tradition -  turkey dinner with all the fix'ns.  The Weekend consisted of lots of touring through Southern Vermont, shopping, and picnic stops,  including the traditional "Desert Picnic" stop.  Can't wait or next years 29th Annual Event.  -  Thomas McGinnity
