Hi All
     Here’s some pics of the Ballarat Road Rodders Rod Run held at Ballarat, Victoria, Australia on November 19-21, 2004. This is an annual event held every November, this year we had 102 entries. The weekend starts with Friday night bench session, BBQ and drinks at our clubrooms with a free bus picking up entrants and returning them to their respective accommodations. Saturday was full on with entrants registration and breakfast, and then 1/8 mile Hot Rod Drag Racing from 10am to 4pm at the local airport, sanctioned by the Australian National Drag Racing Association. Saturday afternoon we had 2 hours of fun for the Ladies with a fashion parade and wine tasting at our clubrooms and Saturday afternoon was another event where the entrants drove their hot rods to the Eureka Stockade Center for a guided tour and talk on the Eureka Rebellion. Saturday night was our Casino games for the entrants with a light supper and a free bus again to pick up entrants and their families and returning them back to their accommodations after the Casino night. Sunday was breakfast again then our Show ‘N’ Shine from 10am to 2pm with about 150 hot rods and presentation of trophies to wind up the weekend.  The Ballarat Road Rodders wish to Thank everyone who attended the weekend and we hope to see you again next year.
