This pic was taken just before we evacuated from my home. We were fortunate we didn't lose our home like so many others did during that terrible firestorm.  Paul Le Mat who played the role of "John Milner" in the classic movie "American Graffiti" was at the car show to sign autographs.

Here's a pic of myself standing next to Paul Le Mat & the '32 Ford Deuce Coupe he drove in the movie. Here's the classic '32 Ford Deuce Coupe, still running strong!

This shows part of the show cars which lined the street & were parked in the main roadway of the town of Pine Valley, CA. An estimated count of classic cars & hot rods was around 700-800 which turned out for the show.

The California Highway Patrol brought along their "Ride". The Sheriff’s Department brought along their “Ride” too!!!

Here’s my ride, '53 Chevrolet 210 Sedan, off-frame restoration with a '81 Camaro Z-28 front clip, power steering/brakes, 383 Stroker engine, 4-speed manual tranny & many other goodies.
