On Saturday, May 20th McGruders Vintage Parts hosted their 1st Annual car show at the Bob�s Big Boy Express in Santa Paula, Ca. With Santa Paula situated north west of the San Fernando Valley and east of Ventura County it drew cars from the all points of the compass in the surrounding areas. Pre-registrants received a Goodie Bag that included a t-shirt, a coupon for a free Bob�s Big Boy combo meal and a coupon for a free bottle of wax from American Shine; can�t get much better than that! Although the day started out cloudy the weather turned warm by 10 a.m. and continued to be comfortable for the remainder of the day. The DJ provided musical entertainment, there was free face painting and a hula-hoop contest for the children; raffles were held on the hour and all raffle tickets were put back in the bucket for the final drawing, the giveaway of a 69 Ford Fastback ready for restoration. At $10 per ticket this was a certainly a real deal and the winner received free delivery! A good time was had by all and we�re looking forward to next year�s event. Enjoy the pictures�.
