The 42nd. Annual Darryl Starbird Tulsa Oklahoma Show is history! The Fine Nine Go For The Gold $20,000 is history! And the winner is, Gary "Chopit" Fioto from the State of Florida with his 1955 Ford Bubbletop! The show got setup Thursday before bad weather moved into the Tulsa area. Lots of freezing temperatures, rain, sleet and snow made going kind of slow, as well as the spectators. This was the largest number of entries @ almost 1,100! Great cars, vendors, entertainment by bands, the Motorcycle Daredevils and the Monster Truck Races, although the tragic loss of life by one of the drivers during Saturday nights race put a damper on things. But, being professional as they are, the show went on. A great thanks to Darryl & Donna Starbird, family & staff for a thankless job on the show!
