Here are just a few pics! .from the 19th Annual ‘Adirondack Nationals’ presented by the Albany Rods & Kustoms. ..This show is held each year at the Fort William Henry Resort in Lake George, NY., where the Adirondacks & Lake George provide the perfect backdrop for a AWESOME CAR SHOW... This show is a Pre-Register event with so many Rods, Kustoms, Muscle Cars & Classics at the Fort..... Hundreds mores lined Canada St from end to end... The weather for all days was a Perfect 10. There was a consent flow of spectators & cars all day long to see the show close to 30 ,000 spectators . A Cruise was held each nite thru town for show participants and what a CRUISE! This event is on my ‘TOP 10 FAVORITE’.... So, let’s get on with the show!!! NJoy..... Big Al!!!
This years show is dedicated to ARK Club President Joyce Rochester who passed away this past June. She has been in charge of car show registration for as long a many can remember. Joyce became a member of Albany Rods and Kustoms since 1991 and has been an integral part of both the Car Club and the Adirondack Nationals ever since. Over the years she has worn many different hats, but her most recent role was as ARK Club President for the past four years. Albany Rods & Kustoms carried on with the show as usual, but will do so with a very heavy heart. Joyce's absence will change the feel of the event for all who knew and worked with her.
