The Proud Lake recreation area (4, 700 acres) is located on the scenic Huron River and offers diverse and plentiful recreational opportunities. With more than 20 miles of nature trails offering diverse wild life habitats, and activities for skiers, campers, hikers, boaters, fishermen and hunters. It is one of the most scenic public areas in SE Michigan. More importantly, it is home for a weekly Friday night cruise-in co-sponsored by the Flaming Pistons Car Club. Tonight, over two hundred cars attended. Everyone enjoyed the DJ music, T-shirts, 50/50 drawing, and both the restaurant and cruise-in food. It was a perfect evening. Enjoy the pics! |
