April 30, 2008 The Early Rodders and the Old Timers meet once again for another cool cruise up to Neptune’s Net on the Pacific Coast Highway for lunch. April 30, 2008 This Cruise-In takes place every Friday night from 5:00 to 9:00 PM ! Located in the K-Mart parking lot, across from The Greene in Beavercreek, the cruise-in includes antique, classic, muscle, and hot rod automobiles. Check it out if you are ever in the area. April 30, 2008 Here are some pics of the 31st Spring Carlisle PA. Swap meet and Car Corral. The fairgrounds is spread over 82 acres, mostly flat lands, but part of the car corral is on a steep hill. April 29, 2008 On April 19 & 20, 2008, the NHRA Hot Rod Heritage Racing Series presented it’s first “Sportsman Shootout” at the Auto Club Dragway in Fontana, CA. The weather was in the 80’s and very comfortable for the racers and spectators. Qualifying for 200 anxious race cars in 12 classes began Saturday. April 29, 2008 The Dream Machines Show in Half Moon Bay on April 27th was a great show. The event is held at the airport in Half moon Bay off Hwy 1. There were more than 2000 entry’s ranging from steam powered machines, bikes, hot rods, military vehicles, airplanes including biplane and helicopter rides. April 28, 2008 On Saturday, April 26, 2008, The Somernites Cruise Team held their 50th Cruise-In downtown Somerset, Ky. And believe you me it was a Super Event as usual. April 25, 2008 Here are my pictures of the 2008 Mild to Wild show at the Tacoma Dome. This show has it all, from mild Ramblers to Ferrari powered " RIDLER" winners, Mild Deuces to completely restyled deuce hot rods. I haven’t seen this many 40 chevs in one place before. April 25, 2008 Fabulous Fords Forever! The name of the car show says it all; the car show was sponsored by The Ford Car Club Council, Western Region and was held at Knott’s Berry Farm in Buena Park, California On Sunday, April 20th 2008. April 22, 2008 Hello all, I must be a JINKS--Charlotte was rain--We came back from sunny Florida to make the local cruise-in of the Pennyrile Classic Car Club(their first of the season) and guess what!!!! that's right--RAIN !!!. April 18, 2008 The Goodguys came to Del Mar, California, to put on another fabulous car show at the Fairgrounds made famous for horse racing. April 17, 2008 Wayne and I drove out two VW's to South Jacksonville Beach Sunday for Volkswagens At The Beach Car Show. The show was sponsored by SEVWC Jax Chapter. Mother nature was not good to us. It rained all Saturday night and well into Sunday morning. But around 10:30 a.m. the sunshine came through! There were over 100 VW's both old air-cooled and newer water-cooled. April 15, 2008 Our show is "Cruisin Historic Harriman" scheduled for the second Saturday of each month April through October. We started our 5th year last Saturday, April 12. March 26, 2008 The Cool Cruise car show in LaVerne, held on Saturday March 22 serves as the kick-off car show for many people in Southern California. Even in SoCal the weather can be iffy in March, but fortunately we have yet to be rained out. About 160 cars showed up for the event braving a chilly morning, coffee & donuts provided by West Sound Bank.
