No question, this is the largest single day car cruise and show in the country. At 5:00am the gates opened for the 9th Annual Cruisin’ For A Cure. At 7:30am the “Drive Against Prostate Cancer Van” was opened for FREE PSA cancer screenings. Over 1000 men were tested! Over 100 will be, as we say, “Saved” today. Over 600 lives have been saved in the 9 years of this event! These statistics are amazing, more than 3700 cars, 60 awards given out, and 20,000+ spectators. During the day “The Answer” provided live entertainment on the main stage. At

12:00 the talented Casey Simpson had a live concert. After the Invocation, Dave McClelland provided informative announcements all day. Some of the 270 vendors that provided information on their latest products were, Meguiars, AAA, NadaGuides.com, MagnaFlow, FIRESTONE, Edelbrock, Orange Coast Dodge and Jeep, Connell Chevrolet, Guaranty Chevrolet, Dupont. The giveaway car was a Downs ’33 Ford Roadster.
This event raised well over $200,000 for prostate cancer research!! Great Job!

See you next year, it will be the 10th Anniversary, September 26, 2009.

Thanks for the Show!
