Downeast Street Rods held it's 36th Annual Rod Run Aug. 15-16, 2008 at Hebron Pines Campground in Hebron, Maine, It was a very successful event with nearly 250 vehicles (1972 and earlier) in attendance. The mix included street rods, customs, classics, nostalgia cars and rat rods. The 2 day event was packed with things to do including an ice cream run,
band, pot luck supper, 50/50, silent and live auctions (for charity), hot wheel drag racing, kids concert, sock hop, awards, NSRA Inspections, and more.
