This was an unusual weekend for us, our friends all had other obligations and our 36 Ford has not been out to play since we bought home the 49 Mercury, so we decided to fly solo. We took the ferry across Puget Sound and headed to Lynnwood for the 3rd Annual Rotary Show. The 36 was getting pretty upset at being 2nd in line and guess what? She got a “Bean” from Frontier Bank in Lynnwood, thanks! This was a fun show, Lance Lambert was the emcee at the awards and was shooting footage all day for the Vintage Vehicle Show which will air on Comcast on Demand for a future Nations Broadcast. The Rotary Club of Lynnwood did a great job, and Joe Fitch, from Awards Services was in charge of making everything work as planned. It was a special street to have “Elvis” (Tracy Allen Moore) walk through the crowd for pictures and serenade us with some classic tunes at the end of the day. A good time was had by all, we met some really neat old timers and enjoyed their many stories. Keep on Cruisin, Lindee
