This was the 38th Annual Spring Car Show and Swap Meet held at the Dutchess County fairgrounds in Rhinebeck New York. It was a rainy weekend in upstate New York. The rods and customs were on sat. and the antiques were on Sun. The photos were from Sunday. The sun finally came out around noon.
