SEMA stands for Specialty Equipment Manufacturers Association and covers every type of product or service associated with the automotive industry. The purpose of the show is to give manufacturers a place where they can show their product line to people who have businesses in the industry ..... retailers, repair shops, builders, anyone who has an automotive related business can attend the SEMA show ... it’s not open to the general public.

We even saw Edsel Ford checking out all the good stuff. Right after we snapped this shot we had a chance to talk with Edsel for a few minutes.... had to tell him how much we like that Harley Truck we got last year ! We last saw him at the 75th Anniversary of the Deuce celebration in Pomona.

There’s Jason Rushforth .... great guy... very talented. Jason is the designer who designed the Hot Rod Hotline Durango and then our van too....

Ididit Inc. always had people in the booth admiring their fantastic products. They were so busy whenever we went by we didn’t get to talk to them...

But this is their latest release... especially for our Aussie and European visitors... RIGHT HAND Drive set up... Cool !

Mike at Stainless Steel Brakes was busy all the time too... that’s a good thing !

We finally caught up with Andrea at the MotorHead Design booth.... it’s always great to see the Carnahans.

Our friend Jim Bible, who owned Haneline Gauges for many years was at the Nordskog / Haneline booth.

Legens Hot Rods builds some of the finest cars you’ll see... and they also come up with some great products along the way.

J.C. Taylor Insurance is a fine company, offering insurance to classics, antiques and hot rods.

We got the new Nordskog team together for a photo op.

Jim and Patti Bible are in the middle with Nordskog exec Jake Steen on the right.

Had to stop and see the “Good Guys” Jess Ann Meadors is always fun to talk to ..... Mary Ann and Jess Ann are catching up on all the latest...

Though we talk several times a year, we don’t get face to face often.... usually just at SEMA... so it’s good to see the Meadors crew. Be sure to check out the 2009 Good Guys Schedule and remember there are still more events in 08.

K & N Filters are amazing.... this company started because of the need of racers and has gone on to become a staple for car enthusiasts and every day drivers. Great product.
