Beaches Cruise-in . . . is held every Wednesday evening thru the summer to raise money for local kids in need. It is at Portland International Raceway. The Cruise-In started at Beaches restaurant in 1995 with a few cars at the restaurant, then moved to the Air Museum at Pearson Airpark, and now has grown so large that it has been moved to Portland International Raceway & is one of the biggest weekly cruise-ins on the west coast.
Along with all the cool cars there is drag racing, live music, and great food. The Cruise-in on September 23, included a Builder Showcase display, where local area hot rod builders, fabricators and industry professionals all set up displays in a centralized location.
