On the day before Mothers Day every year Hot Rodders & friends gather to kick off the cruising season at the annual "Portland Transmission Warehouse " gathering. Over 500 cars attended this year. Many city blocks were filled with cool cars. 

Portland Engine Rebuilders has an open house (Page 5) so there is a lot going on. This is Portland’s best morning event all year. It starts before sun light & is over by noon.
