Over 60 vehicles turned out for the show. A unique blending of old and new, race cars, muscle cars, classics, and antiques.
The show kicked off with Frank and Cookie playing the National Anthem and saluting our country's finest men and women serving in our military as well as paying respect to the many veterans in attendance that day at the show. Please folks, always remember to thank a soldier for their service; and remember, our freedom is not free. They're fighting and dying for it - for us.
Hamburger Combos were $4 and Hotdog combos $3. The combos included the sandwich, potato salad, baked beans (the good homemade kind with big hunks of bacon), potato chips, and soft drink. Ice cold beer was only $2 a can.
Feedback was positive and it sounds like Post 717 will be doing it again next year.
Cheers! Fitz
