Joe Bailon is the inventor of the paint color Candy Apple Red and makes his home in Auburn, CA.  Every October, Joe Bailon along with local customizers put on the annual Joe Bailon's "Blast to the Past," which is held at the Auburn Fairgrounds.  Cars are judged and are awarded Joe's famous Candy Apple Clock and other awards.
