The infamous Shake, Rattle, and Run 1957 Chevy is about to go through a complete transformation. After retiring the car some 12 years ago, Dick Messino and his two sons, Chris and Paul, decided to bring it back out again. The first thing was to update the chassis. So they brought the car to Gene Pudlo's race car shop in Hammond, Ind. to get a complete overhaul, with the new 25c1 chassis the old 57 can get in the six second zone. It will be going to modern carriage works paint shop in Bridgeview, Ill in about 3-4 weeks for a new paint job. Pro Stock Racer Kevin Lawrence will be the shoe for Dick when he's not racing his Cavalier, so stay tuned for more on the rebirth of Shake, Rattle, and Run! Fuzzy
