A couple of my buddies and I went to the Connecticut Street Rod Association’s Connecticut Dragway Reunion on Monday, June 18th in Wallingford, Ct. On our way we stopped at Total Performance to say Hi to Mickey Lauria and the crew (Brian, Jimmy, Rich, Laura and everyone else). Rich gave us a tour of the entire facility which was real nice. Mickey had just gotten back from Florida; he drove a Dearborn Deuce Highboy that Total had built for a customer as part of a hot rod tour; Total is now building a full fendered Deuce for a customer and Mickey can’t wait to drive it back to Florida and deliver it, as well as getting back to his 2 new facilities in Daytona.
