My name is Ed I’m 18 and I live just outside Chicago IL., Since I was a kid I pretty much grew up in a garage working on hot rod projects with my dad. When I was 17 I bought my dad’s Dodge Dakota that he bought new in 1998. It all started by cutting the frame off behind the cab and moving the frame rails in to fit a shortened Hemi Dodge Ram rear end to fit the new 20" X 15" wheels. Once we got that all in place we installed air ride suspension to replace the factory spring / shock configuration. We then installed twin Air pumps and two stainless 5 gallon tanks to supply the air, and a 7 switch control panel to adjust the ride height. I converted the 6 bolt lug pattern by re-drilling the rear axles and fabricating new aluminum hubs up front. The trucks paint is original and has never been wrecked. (Thanks Dad!) The engine is stock but our plan is to go with a twin turbo setup next year. Thanks for the contest, and a place for people to see what the up and coming are up to...Ed
