My name is Justin and I am 26 years old. I am currently rebuilding a 1972 Corvette. This particular Corvette has a very special place in my life. My hot rodding days started on my 13 birthday when I got the best gift you could ask for. A family member gave me a very fast and crazy ride in a 1972 Corvette. Because of that ride in the past 13 years I have not stopped thinking or talking about cars. About one year and a half ago I got the opportunity to purchase the car that started it all, and of course I jumped at the chance. I have attached some pictures of my Vette with this e-mail. When I purchased the car it had been sitting for about two years under a shaded tree. The motor is blown the interior is shot along with the wiring and vacuum lines, but that's the whole point of Hot Rodding. Either you love and have a passion for it or you don't. The best part about this story is that my 17 month old daughter will definitely be given the car and hopefully inherit my passion and respect for the Hot Rodding way of life.
