Casey Tollini
A Few Cars I’ve Worked On

line12

My name is Casey Tollini, I am 22 and have been rodding since I was about 8 when my father bought his '38 Chevy sedan. I have been going to shows and working on rods ever since. I bought my first project when I was 12; a '48 Chevy pickup that I completed when I was 17 doing a lot of the work myself, such as body work, wiring, paint, and and the engine rebuild. It runs a Mustang II front suspension, 383/700R4 combo and 10 bolt Camaro rear-end. subtle body mods include filled cowl vent, smoothed firewall, and all steel bed floor. The Truck has been driven to shows all over the west coast as well as a long drive to the GoodGuy's show in Scottsdale AZ. It has been featured in Truck Builder magazine as well as in the 2007 Flowmaster calendar and magazine adds. I am currently in New Zealand working at Magoo's Street Rods, as a fabricator and body man or panel beater as they say here . I will be moving back home soon in June (08) and will be starting my own shop most likely called Tollini Rods. My time here is for some experience in the professional field of the rodding business so I can make the best of mine. I am very impressed with the following custom American cars that are here but cant wait to go home to California. I am working on a '32 Three window for a customer here and is very near completion. It has a old stock car theme and will run a McCulloch supercharged flathead. It should turn out to be very cool and definitely unusual in NZ. Back home I have a bunch of Chevy's waiting for me; a 51 four door that I cut the top off to make a summer cruiser, a '35 master two door coach sedan and a '52 GMC suburban that will probably be a shop truck. I cant wait to get them started. I also can't wait to get the shop up and going and hopefully fulfill my long dream of owning a successful rod shop . Thanks for this opportunity to get my name out there as well as supporting the young rodders.

PS: Pictures include My Truck, the 51 Chevy 4 door, my 35 in a shed, three cars I did for people at home Corvette, Mustang, 50 Ford 2 door sedan, and the 32 I'm working on in NZ
