This week our newsletter will be shorter than usual because Jack and Mary Ann who put the newsletter together are on the road to Back to the Fifties in Minnesota.  We have lots of new things to see on the site because our staff has been hard at work with all of the new car shows,  car ads, and other great articles that they work on all week…. So be sure to go to our Home Page and then click on the sections that interest you… we have something new in most sections every day.

     We had over 25 show coverages come in on Monday alone and then more followed on Tuesday and Wednesday.  The Best Show of all times,  The NHRA Hot Rod Reunion in Bowling Green was as great as expected. We have some early coverage in from Jack Roberts and Michael Hollander with more to come from A.B. Shumann and Butch Pate.   We also have great coverage of the L.A. Roadsters Show from Sam Flowers,  Mike Levy and Les Bateman … this is one of the greatest old shows in the country…. Our newsletter "from the road" wouldn't be complete without a sneak peek at the treasure that Jack sniffs out along the road.  We've made this trip for years and he manages to find different secret stashes of cars every year…. We're introducing a new monthly feature from our friends at  Anpac  Chrome  Insurance….  Each Month, ANPAC CHROME® selects a current policyholders vehicle as the CHROME® Car of the Month. This month the featured car is a1960 Dodge Matador . Everett and Holly set out on an ambitious restoration project with their 1960 Matador. With a one-year production run there were only 7,000 of this model produced. This restoration took six years and required three parts cars. See the story here   

     We had a request from the folks who put on the "Blessing of the Cars" in So.
