It utilizes a press in lower ball joint that is a lower ball joint, not the screw in upper that is commonly used in other IFS. The MIII uses shims for alignment adjustments and the lower rear pivot is mounted in double shear  for superior strength. The MIII is a complete system with tube control arms, coil over shocks, swaybar, manual steering and 11" disc brakes. Power steering, air springs and larger brakes are options.
