   This is our first newsletter of the week this week.... and it’s the one that will show you many of our recent Featured Ad Listings as well as some of our recent SOLD Vehicles. Many of our visitors have asked for more information in our newsletters about the vehicles for sale and our solds and the best way to do that is with two newsletters.... so we’re trying it and if it goes over with all of you, we’ll keep it !  Let us know.  Our regular Newsletter with all of our articles and industry news will come to you on Wed. or Thursday as usual.

    As most of you know, Hotrodhotline.com has been helping Rodders sell their cars since 1999.   We have grown from a card table at the Pomona Swap meet to become the most well known and most heavily used site on the web for private parties selling their Pre 76 cars.  We are the only site that offers you Personal assistance in placing your ad.... you can always call our office at 877-700-2468 if you need help placing an ad.... or if you would like us to do it for you.  There are always new sites popping up ...... dozens since we first started in 1999 .... but none have the commitment to service and the “reach” that we have to help you sell your car. Our success is due to both our hard work, and to YOU ... our dedicated visitors... and we THANK You for that.

Just sold our 57 Olds 88 J-2 this week on your site.
Of the last six street rods we've had, we've sold five of them through a Hot Rod Hotline Featured Car ad. Your site is amazingly effective at selling rods and customs if they are priced in the real world. Even when we're not looking to buy anything, I scan your site almost every night. The amazing choice of rodding issues you cover has something for everyone. Beside that, everyone we deal with there is so nice and helpful, starting with you folks. Keep up the great work you do. HRH is second to none!

Another email came following a telephone call from Eddie Oliver.

PLEASE MARK MY CAR SOLD, THANKS TO GOOD, HONEST, HARD WORKING PEOPLE LIKE YOU.. Eddie Oliver

Eddie called to say he had been “taken in” to use his words by one of the many outfits who go through our ads and call our sellers claiming to be able to guarantee a sale in 90 days... he paid them over $300 and got NOTHING in his opinion. ... and when he tried to make good on the guarantee they wouldn’t even take his calls.... so BEWARE of those who solicit from our site... they are often nothing more than a boiler room operation with people calling thousands of ads from every site they can find and making promises they cannot keep... they are very high pressure so that should always be a clue that they are not legit. BEWARE.

  We have had RECORD numbers of new ads going online in the past month and expect August and September to be even busier.... if you are thinking of selling your car so that you can get a new one for next season.... You can list it here for the most exposure.... Take a look at the variety of cars we have listed recently.
