1962-67 Nova Strut Suspension Kit: These very popular cars suffer from the malady common to most 60’s cars…poor geometry due to the minimal demands of the tires and traffic of their day. Today’s roads and superior tire traction require updates to make these cars work as well as they look. By installing a strut type suspension based on ’82-93 Camaro spindles and brakes, you’ll eliminate the factory bumpsteer while gaining an adjustable ride height with either coilovers or Airride, along with 5 lug disc brakes. The original column can be modified to accept a lower U joint, or an aftermarket tilt column installed to simplify the job. A recent upgrade to this proven kit includes the use of a newer OEM rack & pinion with larger tie rods, and a different U joint connection that allows much more room for headers. AR-99 Adjustable Fan control for Cooling Components 70 amp fan: This control designed specifically for this application to greatly reduce the shock to the electrical system as the 70 amp relay kicks in. In order to make a smoother start up, we separated the two legs of the fan so they start at different temperatures, thus the surge is much lower or about 25-30 amps at a time. The setting for the first fan is set to your preference. The second leg is turned on just a few degrees higher then the first so the cooling ability is not affected. It also shuts down sooner so that you run on far less amperage as quickly as the engine temperature levels off. Both legs have separate circuit breakers and relays. If one leg should fail, the second leg can still operate independently to keep your systems under control as well as possible. A 70 amp surge is certainly difficult on even a high amperage alternator. It has an adjustable operating range of approximately 140 degrees to 230 degrees. The sensor is simply tightened under an intake or water pump bolt.. It is equipped with an A/C Request system to turn the cooling fan on whenever the A/C Compressor engages (this feature does not have to be used). This system is a simple install and dial in one temperature. No Electronic "programing" involved. Since you are using an electric cooling fan, you'll need an alternator that can put out 65 amps AT AN IDLE. This is different from the "typical 100 amp alternator" you hear so much reference to. That "100 amp alternator" is at highway speeds and has nothing to do with what it is capable of at low speeds like a traffic light when that fan is working the hardest. You need to ask both numbers when you are buying one. This is important and will make a difference as to how well the fan works when you need it most. To properly control that alternator, we need to know how many amps is draws. There are the typical models that have been around for quite a while that draw around 30 amps. This system has two relays and two resettable circuit breakers. If one leg should fail, the second leg can still operate independently to help keep your systems under control as well as possible

Speed Bumps and dips are the arch enemy of lowered vehicles. Hit one too fast or at the wrong angle, and your undercarriage can be severely damaged. Although much of the damage may be cosmetic, if your oil or transmission pan is deformed or ruptured by the blow, the resulting lubricant starvation can be catastrophic to your engine or transmission. 1967-70 Mustang Strut Suspension Kit: These very popular cars suffer from the malady common to most 60’s cars…poor geometry due to the minimal demands of the tires and traffic of their day. Today’s roads and superior tire traction require updates to make these cars work as well as they look. By installing a strut type suspension based on 94-04 Mustang parts, you’ll eliminate the factory bumpsteer while gaining an adjustable ride height with either coilovers or Airride, along with 5 lug disc brakes (15” or larger wheels are required). The original column can be modified to accept a lower U joint, or an aftermarket tilt column installed to simplify the job. A recent upgrade to this proven kit includes the use of a newer OEM Ford rack & pinion with larger tie rods, and a different U joint connection that allows much more room for headers. That rear steer power rack allows standard oil pans for this chassis to be used. TIG welded tubular steel lower control arms eliminate the strut rods, and attach to a new K-member plate. That plate bolts to the original lower control arm mounts and reinforces the body, avoiding the problems associated with welding a MII crossmember into the weak stock subrails. Since the McPherson Strut Suspension eliminates the upper control arms, you can choose to trim the fender wells for header clearance, or leave them stock. New Billet Float Bowls - Imagine attempting to drink….from a bowl….while blasting through a corner, doing 60 feet in less than one second, hitting the jumps, or ripping across the water at full speed. This is exactly what your carburetor is trying to do. The Holley carburetor has served us well for over 100 years, but the design is dated. The number one problem is the float bowl, a design that was proven on the dyno rather than the track. Fuel sloshes, splashes and spills under the high corning forces of today’s race cars. At best the fuel distribution varies from cylinder to cylinder by as much as 50%, at worst the car hesitates and stumbles. Race Pumps new “Patent Pending” multi-chambered billet float bowls bring the Holley up to date. Each jet has it’s own fuel chamber, float, and needle and seat (the power valve uses a third chamber). The carburetor is changed from a pair of two barrels, each with a float bowl shaped like a bath tub, to four one barrels, each with a float bowl and float designed for high g-forces and angles. Only a handful of manufacturers build their hedders in stainless. In most cases, these manufacturers use Type 409 stainless steel. Clayton Machine Works Unveils New Concept in Valve Covers: Clayton Machine Works (CMW) has introduced their newest product; a set of innovative valve covers for small block Chevys. The polished aluminum valve covers offer fresh, high end style with a new, never-before seen functionality for the discerning owner. CMW wanted to incorporate entirely new ideas in both the looks and functions of the covers and did so by incorporating the PCV valve and breather into new design elements. Adding to the uniqueness are the removable styling elements, including center section, which can be painted, polished or plated in numerous combinations to the owner’s likes. CMW’s design goal from the start was to avoid the bulky, ‘stuck on’ appearance of conventional PCVs and breathers normally seen on engines that have to use either one or both. To achieve that, the PCV valve hides under a nearly flush-mounted elliptical design element. The breather is also incorporated into a similar design element. Mustang II coil-over front crossmember kit, 56'' track width [WS21906]. This is a Mustang II kit for conventional coil-overs instead of stock-type springs and shocks. This lets you use different spring rates and maintain the same ride height by adjusting the lower spring collar on the coil-over. Often the coil-over shock has an adjustable rebound rate, too. Use coil-overs that have a ride height of 11-1/2 - 12''. Use Mustang II tubular upper arms and Mustang II tubular lowers designed for coil-overs and no strut rod.
