This is our new upload page for readers who want to share their show pictures with fellow rodders.   Please fill in all of the fields so that we will know who you are and which show you are sending.

To send your pictures you will need to put all of your pictures into one folder then use  “WinZip” to  compress the folder so that you can upload the whole folder all at once.   You can also include a Word Document with some information about the show if you wish.

If you have any problems uploading, or any questions about the process, please give us a call at 877-700-2468  from   8:00 am - 5:00 pm  Mountain Time,  Monday - Friday.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:       During the summer months we get many many show pictures and it often takes as long as two weeks to get your coverage online.  Please be patient as we try to get the pictures online as quickly as possible.    You may notice that some shows go on right away ... those would be shows put on by our Advertisers who are given priority because they make it possible for us to do these show coverages.    Soooooo.. PLEASE be patient as we will get your pictures online as soon as possible.

If you have a Hotrodhotline Photographer Login to upload photos you can login here.

It would be GREAT if you could write a few words telling  about the show on a  “Word” document and upload it with your pictures....

                                             Tips for Easier Uploading
1)
The biggest reason for problems uploading is that your pictures are too large.  You can remedy this by setting your camera to take pictures at a resolution / size of  1200-1500 pixels wide.  They will still be good quality but will upload faster.  The other option is to use software to resize your photos.    If you change your camera setting to a lower pixel or “resolution” setting it will  send much FASTER for you.
2)   Check  the total file size of your folder by  “right clicking” on it and look at  “properties” to see the file size.  If your file size is over 300 MB it could take many  hours  to upload depending on your  “upload” speed  provided by your internet service  provider.
3) Do  NOT close your browser while uploading as it will disconnect and the upload will fail.  You can minimize it and leave it running if needed.

Please wait while the upload form loads...
