Educated in engineering at the University of Arizona in Tucson, Wheatley, a father of two, grew up in the Los Angeles area. After four years in the Air Force in Vietnam, he pursued his interests in the auto performance and racing industry. With a wealth of knowledge ranging from nitrous oxide and racing transmissions to running Ricky Rudd with Kenny Bernstein and serving sixteen years with CV Products, Bill Wheatley will be the fast-track maestro in the BG operation.
