The JL Full Throttle Hemisfear by Chip Foose is a collaborative effort between the visionary designer and RC2’s JL Full Throttle Team. The JL Full Throttle Hemisfear Coupe is described by Foose as a cross between a muscle car and a hot rod. It represents a concept he’s had in his sketchbook for many years and always wanted to build. Now, with the help of JL Full Throttle, his dream is coming true.
