This charge wire is designed to run as a direct wire to charge the battery without tying into the master disconnect. Determine the routing and length desired to specific application. Then using the supplied ring terminals crimp the battery and alternator end on the appropriate ends of the wire. Be sure that all connections are secure. Charge wire should be free of slack or moving parts to avoid chaffing or cuts, this will cause a short in the charging system. |
