TurnPro Magnetic Finger™ Snatched Up By Additional Major Catalogs

San Antonio, Texas --TurnPro Magnetic Finger, a snug, stretchy finger glove with a powerful magnet under the surface of the index fingertip has slowly but steadily gone from several thousand internet sales to national distribution over the past three years.

Casper Terpinski, inventor of the Magnetic Finger, has proven that there is always room for more innovation with his unprecedented product. He hit on the concept while he was working on his 1965 Corvette, struggling to start a screw in a tight space. Certain that his idea was worth developing, he made a prototype in his garage and soon began the designing, testing, and refining process. Terpinski’s Magnetic Finger was ready for the marketplace by late 2004, with what many are now referring to as an indispensable "why didn't I think of that” kind of tool.

Recent liaisons include orders from Classic Industries, Solutions®, and the Woodcraft Supply stores in Terpinski’s home state of Texas.

Classic Industries is the largest manufacturer and distributor of GM reproduction parts and accessories. The Magnetic Finger has been included in their 2007 holiday gift catalog and will be in their five restoration parts catalogs for 2008 as well.

Woodcraft Supply, LLC is one of the nation's oldest and largest suppliers of quality woodworking tools and supplies with locations in 80+ major metropolitan areas across the U.S. After an article appeared in the San Antonio Express News, Terpinski was contacted by the General Manager of the six Texas store locations who jumped at the chance to carry the product.

Solutions® is a nationwide catalog and Internet retailer that is part of Norm Thompson Outfitters, a multi-brand, privately held company that has been a leader in direct mail and retail since 1949. The Magnetic Finger certainly fits the company’s slogan, Products that make life easier®.

Using the Magnetic Finger, you can easily pick up nails, screws, bolts and washers, small tools– anything a magnet will attract. It is ideal for motorcycle, automotive and watercraft maintenance; home improvements and repairs; bicycle, arts and crafts, sewing, fishing, plumbing and electrical projects. The TurnPro Magnetic

Finger improves upon the best tool you already have– your hand. The glove fits securely and the magnet allows you to hold and retrieve any small ferrous metal object with precise control.

The Magnetic Finger has also found its way in to The Busted Knuckle Garage, Mac Tools, Griot’s Garage, Herrington’s, Summit Racing, Motion Pro and a hefty list of other outlets.

Terpinski is clearly pleased with the steadily growing interest in his product.  “It’s great to know that so many people are finding the Magnetic Finger useful, and finding so many uses for it too. I am grateful to everyone who has encouraged and supported my efforts from the beginning, and am really glad to say it all began with doing what I enjoy-working on my cars.”
