CINCINNATI, OH - June 1, 2009 - The Countryside Tour, benefiting the Arthritis Foundation and sponsored by Dynamat, will take place on Saturday, June 13, the day preceding the 32nd annual Ault Park Concours d'Elegance. The scenic tour is open to sports, antique and classic cars, as well as contemporary enthusiast's cars. The feature stop of this year's drive is an extraordinary collection of antique tractors located in eastern Clermont County.
Participants begin to assemble at Mariemont Square at noon for a car display and will depart at 1pm for a fun, easy-to-follow 62-mile drive over scenic back roads. Detailed route instructions are measured by GPS to the hundredth of a mile (52.8 feet). You can't get lost! Cars will travel though Hamilton and Clermont communities, including: Mariemont, Newtown, Anderson Township, Pierce Township, Bethel, Williamsburg, and Batavia.
After the tour returns to Mariemont Square, many of the participants will proceed to a catered "Garage Party" at one of the area's finest collections of rare European sports cars. Information about registering for this function or the Countryside Tour can be found at www.cincyconcours.com. Advance registration for both events is required. The tour is limited to 70 cars; the fee is $25.
