NEW VINTAGE USA WOODWARD SEIRES TEACHES AN OLD DOG NEW TRICKS
TRUE PERIOD CORRECT STYLE WITH SEVERAL INDUSTRY FIRSTS

New Vintage USA is introducing their new period-correct line of vintage inspired instruments, The Woodward Series. The idea began when the shop at New Vintage needed to find a gauge set for their street rod project and couldn't find anything that fit the theme. They couldn't believe that there was not a true vintage style set in the market place, and decided to fill that void. This line of instruments was created to be appropriate for cars, trucks and hot rods dating from the 1930's through the 1960's. The 5" gauges incorporate styling features from years gone by with an inner bright plated accent ring, a cover bezel on the quad gauge and large wraparound numbering with stylized hash marks. Just the right amount of yellows and browns were added to the dials to keep with the vintage feel. Modern features such as a remote button activated programmable speedometer with hourmeter and modern air core movements hide behind the domed glass lenses. The sets are available in black and beige and include mounting hardware, senders and military grade connectors and harnesses. All components are made in the USA and feature a manufacturer's limited lifetime warranty, an industry first.

The New Vintage Woodward Series 5" gauge sets have all of the traditional OEM styling cues of instruments from the 30s up to the 60s. Exhaustive research studying thousands of instruments from Chevys, Fords and Chryslers to Porsches and Jaguars, found that the element that brought some of the finest gauges to a distinguished level was some sort of inner decoration, like a chrome ring. New Vintage decided that to have a truly retro design, an inner plated decorative ring had to be added. This feature, along with a traditional quad gauge cover bezel, large sweep numbering, stylized hash marks covered by a glass domed lens, set this set apart combining all of these elements into one package. Behind all of these features lies modern stepper motor technology, with military grade connectors and color-coded wiring harness for reliable, easy to use instruments. The programmable speedometer uses a remote pushbutton to select functions like the trip odometer or hourmeter and programs easily to any vehicle; push the button, drive a measured mile, push it again, and that's it, you're done. The gauge sets include mounting brackets, sending units for water temperature, oil pressure and fuel level, as well as wiring harnesses.
