When you list an item for sale on our site, you are accepting the listing fees and agree to have your credit card charged for the appropriate amount or to pay that amount by check before your ad goes online. Once your ad is received, it will go online within 3 business days.
RELEASE OF RESPONSIBILITY
Hotrodhotline.com is a classified ad service and is not responsible for the actions of either buyers or sellers. We recommend that before buying or selling a vehicle or parts, that you investigate the seller/ buyer and contact any appropriate agencies with any questions you may have.... ie: Better Business Bureau, Dept. of Transportation, etc.
PRIVACY POLICY
We will not share your personal information or email address with any third party. However, we will use the email address provided in your registration to contact you from time to time and by entering your email address within your registration, you acknowledge that you may be providing it to users of our site for the purpose of reaching you regarding any ads you have running with us. Some of the communications between you and others is sometimes stored in your account and is accessible by the Hotrodhotline staff, however we do not routinely access that information.

If you breach this user agreement, or if you engage in conduct during the course of any advertisements with us that we feel could jeopardize our users, or ourselves, we reserve the right to cancel your ads, cancel your registration, and refund any money paid for our services prorated to the date of cancellation.

Hotrodhotline makes no warranty as to the correctness or accuracy of any information within any Ad, any Article, or any other of our pages. By agreeing to these terms you accept full responsibility for the use of any of the content within our site.
LIABILITY LIMIT
We are not responsible for any damages which occur from the use of this site or from your contact with other users, advertisers, or others.
GOVERNING LAW
The User Agreement and all agreements you enter into with Hotrodhotline.com are governed by laws in the state of Idaho, USA.
FEES for Ads
Fees for our private party ads are described at www.hotrodhotline.com/privads
Fees for our Business ads are described at www.Hotrodhotline.com/vendads
Disputes regarding our services may be reported to staff@hotrodhotline.com. If you feel that your ad with us has not been properly handled you may request a refund and that request will be considered on a case by case basis.. For Legal disputes with other Users, please report them to local law enforcement, the postmaster general, the Better Business Bureau or the appropriate enforcement agency.
