Model A stolen from the Henry Ford museum parking lot
Dearborn Police are seeking information about the theft of a 1930 Ford Classic Model A convertible from the parking lot of the Henry Ford museum 10 days ago.
There is a reward of up to $2,000.
The car is yellow, with black or chrome fenders and brown convertible top. It was in a white Road Runner trailer being towed by a white 2001 Ford F-250, both of which were also stolen. The owner is a California man who was visiting the museum between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. June 26.
The license plate on the car is California 670RHG; the vehicle identification number is A2970284.
The license plate on the trailer carrying the car is California 4JY5217 with a Ford racing sticker on the rear bumper.
The license plate on the pickup is California 6P95642. The truck has gold trim on the bottom, a NASCAR license plate frame and NASCAR sticker in the rear window.
