Twice a year, the Charlotte Motor Speedway hosts the Charlotte AutoFair, a combination car show, swap meet, car corral, flea market and family entertainment zone. The event is produced by the Hornets Nest Region AACA, which has put on the fair for the past 35 years. Car Clubs exhibit, folks come to buy and sell their vehicles, and vendors get to chat with folks who may have only seen their products or services online. It's a great event for auto enthusiasts.
This year, the AutoFair boasts a few fun exhibits including the "100 Years of Dodge Brothers" in the Nationwide Showcase Pavillion which will represent each decade that Dodge has been in production, covering everything from the 1923 Dodge/Graham truck to the General Lee (a 1969 Dodge Charger) to the 1996 Viper.
The Delorian from the movie "Back to the Future" will also be on display in the Nationwide Showcase Pavillion, as will a collection of personal vehicles from NASCAR stars like Dale Earnhardt Jr., Kyle Busch, Clint Bowyer, Joey Logano, David Ragan and Ben Kennedy, including Logano's modified '39 GMC rat rod truck.
Lawnmower races, over 10,000 vendors, a kid's PlayZone and all the great cars you can think of will be part of this great weekend.
Plus, HotRodHotline.com, as part of MotorHeadMedia.com and in conjunction with sister site RacingJunk.com will have a booth in the Manufacturer's Midway near the NASCAR Cup Garage.
