From Pacific Coast highway all the way to the pier, classic cars, hot rods, and muscle cars lined Main Street through the middle of Seal Beach.  This was the setting for the 26th Annual Seal Beach Car Show, presented by the Seal Beach Chamber of Commerce.  Every year this is one of the more popular Orange County shows.  As the 480+ cars arrived they were efficiently directed to their pre-assigned reserved parking places.  Through the day thousands of admiring spectators enjoyed looking over all the cars.

At least 4 live bands and Surf City Sound DJ entertained all day.  To the delight of the fans, 14 nitro burning drag cars fired up several times during the show.  Main Street has lots of interesting shops and many show vendors were located along the beach.  Several good restaurants are available to satisfy the hunger pangs.  At the pier, the local Lions Club was having a pancake breakfast that seemed to be very popular.  Plus there is a beach and a pier to investigate.

	“One of a kind” a ’37 Lincoln Model K with coach work done by Derham of Rosemont, PA. The owner is Ed Burchman of Los Alamitos.
	Steve & Gloria Gibbs brought this hot rod ’50 Ford coupe powered by a Chrisman built flathead.
This very clean, big block Chevy powered ’64 Chevy Malibu belongs to George Koby.
This ’57 Chevy 210 was built & raced by the auto shop class at Western High School circa 1969. Restored by John Cesareo the auto shop teacher.	This Western high school auto shop project was raced by XXXX	Sonny Goulet’s blown Hemi powered ’50 Ford pickup
