Aaron Rozell is a unicorn of sorts. With most kids these days opting for hybrids and BMWs, Aaron still prefers that sweet American Muscle. Four years ago when Aaron was 17, he did something many of us did before him: started to build a hot rod with Dad.
The car is a 1966 Pontiac Grand Prix with a 400 that they pulled out of a 1970 GTO; the specs are around 350 hp and 430 lbs-ft of torque. With a stage 1 RV cam and a THM400 3 speed, she really goes.
Aaron's dad jokingly says he's getting too old to build hot rods anymore, but he did the hot rod community proud by passing on his addiction to hot rods to his son.
We wish Aaron luck as he plans to attend the Hot Rod Institute, and we'll keep an eye out for some of his future builds down the road!
