A state of the art, full service restoration facility |
Tom Van Steyn and Jeff Gargiulo are the co-owners of Full Circle Restorations LLC off Highway 88 in Lockeford, California. The pair started restoring cars together over 15 years ago when they found that their separate talents worked well together. To be able to control all aspects of the restoration and to ensure quality, they have designed a facility that boasts a 1.5 acre, state-of-the-art mechanics and body/paint shop. This shop is different from others because they have the ability to complete a restoration on site - mechanical work, body work and paint. For more info on this full service restoration facility visit their website at www.fullcircleresto.com Below is a look at one of their completed projects. |
1937 Chevy 2 door sedan (custom) build |
This 1937 Chevy was custom built for Bill Meehleis from Lodi, CA. It took 3 years to build the car. Bill wanted a clean conservative looking car but with a twist in that it has a blown fuel injected 700 horsepower 383 small block and 4L80E overdrive transmission. We welded the hood together to make it one piece and widened the rear fenders two inches to fit wider rims. The body and sheetmetal are all steel with many subtle body modifications. It has air ride suspension along with a trick push button controlled transmission. The car was completed in December in time for its debute at Bill's annual Christmas party. Since then it has taken top honors at every show it has been at. |
