Engine is the Olds 425 (65-67) Mondello equipped with 425 lift cam, 140 lb. valve springs, hardened pushrods, stainless roller rockers, B-coated stainless valves and head work by Dale Burnett of Milledgeville, Ga. Deep Milidon oil pan, and oiling system, 800 Edelbrock thunder carburetor, 400 Olds transmission with deep pan and shift kit including hardened bands. High output torque converter, with B&M bandit shifter.
Griffin radiator and aluminum high volume water pump.
Body of frame restoration on rust free West Texas car. New glass, all rubber, weather stripping, interior by Larry Rogers of Macon, Ga. (tuck and roll, including trunk. Coker Firestone 5” whites with raised Firestone lettering, and 15” chrome 7” rims with mini moons. Near $50,000 spent on parts alone.
Brakes by “Master Power “dual diagram 9” with mid Chevy 11” truck rotors and 75 Olds 98 calipers.
Took me 10 years to build, doing all the work except upholstery, machining, and transmission jobs.
Car has 900 miles on build.
