I would like to nominate my son Austin as the Young Hot Rodder of the month. He always takes great care of his Torino and recently put on air shocks and Cragar with his Uncle Brian. He won his first trophy at a show about a month ago and we were very proud.
Best Regards, Eric

My name is Austin P. Christ and I am 10 years old from Clarksburg, MD. I am a Student in Clarksburg Elementary.
I have had my car 6 years, it was a gift from my Uncle Brian for my 4th birthday. It takes a lot of time keeping it clean and working on it. My most recent improvements are the addition of airs shocks to lift the rear to accommodate the bigger Cragar wheels and tires I just put on. I have always been a Ford fanatic and think when I get this car done I would like an older Mustang as my next car for my collection.
The hardest part of working on my car is finding the time to work on it with my Uncle. The easiest is looking at the improvements and not being able to wait till its done. The most fun is putting it in shows
I like to attend the shows at the Cumberland fairgrounds and super cruises on the main drag. Low gas prices and affordable street rods will keep rodding fun and everyone involved, especially kids, in the future.
