The 2016 Grand National Roadster Show was filled with incredible cars all through the venue. The 13 AMBR contenders were all beautiful, but one roadster rose to the top of the field. Darryl Hollenbeck from Concord, CA took the prize with his 1932 Ford High Boy Roadster. Hollenbeck has been known in the past for show-winning paint on numerous AMBR winners and contenders, and now he got his chance to shine. The chassis fabrication was done by Cory Taulbert of Webb Automotive Art in Burton, MI. Under the hood is an Edelbrock crate small block and T5 Borg Warner Transmission.
Congratulations, Darryl Hollenbeck!
