The NSRA Western Street Rod Nationals held here in Bakersfield this past weekend brought out about 1,700 cars.  Weather was great as were the cars.  Spied a couple of great people that I was eager to meet holding forth at their HotRod HotLine booth.  Jack and Mary Ann are wonderful people and we should all thank them for this great web site.  Also ran across a young man wearing a Guzzlers, L.A. car club jacket which was an old car club at my high school in L.A. (John Marshall High).  They were circa early '60's.  To my surprise the jacket had belonged to an old friend and was given to this man by my friend.  Small world, huh!!!  Well here's the pictures I took while I was there, hope everyone enjoys them.  Sam Flowers!!!
