Hey Gang
We just got back from the GoodGuys Show at Lowes Motor Speedway in Charlotte, NC and what a show it was!  Lowes Motor Speedway is a great place to have an event of this magnitude, Minnie and I loved it.  The weather was fab until Sunday during the awards presentation and then the rain came, but it did not dampen the peoples spirit.  There were somewhere in the neighborhood of 3,000 cars registered.  We ran into many old friends and made many new ones.  On Saturday night the cars were allowed to make laps around the speedway, Minnie went crazy on me, she didn't want to stop, she even threatened to go and forcefully take some more tickets so we could go around the track some more.  Believe you me, it was great, I was only able to run the '32 a little more than 100 (too many cars on the track to do anything stupid) but I can tell you I would have liked to have been able to open it up and run.  Minnie wants to drive next year, but I think not, she only know two speeds, fast and faster, and I like to keep my '32 with the shinny side up.  So, Minnie I guess you will just have to be content to ride.  Anyway that was way COOL!  Now to get my mind back to business at hand.  The lucky winner of the coveted Minnie's Pick Award for this event is Jerry Campbell, Lilly, KY with his super nice '55 Chevy Nomad.  This is one event I don't want to miss next year, if you haven't been there, you gotta go next year, unreal.  Now I'm gonna put my feet up on the desk and dream about making a few more passes around Lowes Motor Speedway, I know I can set a new track record with my '32, if I can just keep it on the ground.  The mind is a wonderful thing, and I know I can make it all come together in my mind.  Now why don't you all run along and check out the show pics, I gotta get the '32 gassed up and head for the track.  Until next time, Keep on Kroozin'.  Jack!!!
