Hi All
The morning of August 20, 2003, at 10am I ventured north to the town of Manchester the home of HAUGENS Chicken, usually just referred to locally as "The House of Chicken".  This is the big one, the appreciation nite that attracts a record crowd of 1,400-1,500 cars by "their count", but by my count if you discount all the 1980-2003 cars they let in, it would be at least 200 less easily!!!
You can see by the progression of the pictures as the facility started to fill up by noon, it was not scheduled to start until 5pm.  At 7pm I was cooked like the chickens and left for a nice cold shower.  I would also say that the event was starting to get overcrowded after 5pm with 1980-2003 cars coming in droves, time to leave.  Whatever the supposed count of vehicles is claimed to be 1,400-1,500, I would deduct 200-300 from that.  Without further ado, on with the show.  Enjoy "Madmike" Lynch!!!
