Hi Everyone!!!
On Sunday, May 18th the Simi Valley Cub Scouts held their 4th annual "Cars for Cubs 2003" car show.  There were 200+ cars and a cornucopia of cars it was.  There were Model T Fords, there was a McLaren and just about everything in between.  The raffle lasted all day; they had a ton-o-stuff to give away.  Morning registration went smooth.  It's nice to see that a lot of shows now let you park first and then register, instead of holding up the cars coming in to take care of it at the gate.  This helps the guys that heat up in line waiting just to get in.  The Scouts were out all day long having a great time looking at the cars and asking a lot of questions.  Bob's Fabrication, yes, I'm a part of it, came with 3 cars they had built.  A black '64 Mustang convertible, a yellow and white '67 Dodge A100 and a pearl white and pearl silver '34 Ford.  The '34 was just completed the day before the show.  Bob and I working till late afternoon getting the wiring for the lights in.  And when we went home after the show, we went home with 3 1st place trophies.  Needless to say it was a good day for us.  Well enjoy the pictures and I'll see ya next show.  "That's my story and I'm sticking to it."    Bob DeCarlo
