Hello from Sacramento!
It has been awhile, but I have been to a few functions.  I drove the Roadster out to Pete Paulsenís Hot Antioch Nights on July 18th. Before getting out of Sacramento, I was stopped by one of Sacramentoís finest. Luckily, he was just stoked and wanted a closer look.  On the the 28th of July, two Top Fuel Dragsters visited the Arden Fair Mall, located in Sacramento. The teams put on a great show. They fired the motors and then competed to see what team could change the pistons the fastest.  Rhonda Hartman Smith won by starting her motor first. On the 30th of July, I drove my regular vehicle out to the 17th Annual NHRA Fram Autolite Nationals. On the way to the race, I saw a really cool blown Camaro cruising down the freeway. The first round of professional qualifying was sweet.  I was SITTING right up front and right on the line. However, I did not have my camera.  I got the camera for the second round, but I was higher-up in the stands.  I have been to this race every year, except Ď95.  If everyone would stay seated, everyone would be able to see the whole race, from start to finish.  But some people donít get it.  As a result, I only got a few pictures and I left early.  Next year, I will be in the main grandstand with the smart people. Enjoy the pics.... Brian!!!
